You can return unused items back to us in the resalable condition. Please make sure when shipping the product back that it is securely packaged. If any damage occurs during transit, your refund may not be accepted.
The postage cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and this will not be refunded. There will also be a 3% charge to cover the payment fee on all products. This raises to 10% on selected items that have been returned in used condition. Please not refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Simply pack the item well in a taped and secure box, ideally in the same manner as how you received it from us, in its original condition. Ship your return order back to us within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund excluding original delivery fees.
We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item and returning it to us safely in its original condition. We cannot offer a refund if the product is damaged during shipping or does not reach us due to unforeseen shipping issues.
Exchanges (if applicable)
